For the McGetigans the story has really only just begun.
Still working their day jobs, they dream of a day where they can up stakes and hit the road as a fully professional band.
They play mostly around Dublin but have been spotted playing in Killkenny, Wicklow, Kildare, and Donegal.
There Ep "The Missing Link" and single "Son Love Your Neighbour" were released online in May 2011. They have recorded many other songs.
They have one music video and a hankering for more.
They seek a manager. A distribution deal. Gigs. But most of all they seek groupies / fans.

Who knows what the future holds for the McGetigans?
Fame - Doubtful
Wealth - No chance
Infamy - That's more like it.
Or will they end their days like most McGetigans do? Waiting outside pubs till they open, ogling any women that happen by.
All we can really be sure of is that what ever does happen to these brave few it will be chronicled here in . . The Story So Far. . . . . .
